Omar Fernandez

Founder & CEO

Omar has 20 years of specialty provider-facing healthcare experience in commercial operations in Home Infusion, Specialty Pharmacy, PBM, and Health Insurance in Fortune 25 organizations at Accredo Health, Medco Health, Express Scripts and Cigna. Working in those matrixed organizations over 20 years, Omar has collaborated with operations, pharmacy, nursing, payer relations and sales operations and personally saw the negative impact of fragmented care on health outcomes, and the financial and personal challenges of patients with chronic conditions and their caregivers. He currently lives in Marietta, Georgia with his wife and is the father of 3 boys and is an avid saltwater fisherman.
